Refund policy

Because every Spin Prints poster is made to order — printed just for you after you place your order — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or similar reasons. Please double-check your album choice and size before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Prints
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at hi@spinprints.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A clear photo showing the damage or defect
We'll review your claim within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we'll send you a free replacement at no extra cost — same poster, same size, shipped to the same address.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, reach out to us and we'll work with our printing partner to investigate. Once confirmed lost, we'll reprint and reship your poster free of charge.
Items That Don't Qualify
As our posters are custom products made to your specifications, we are unable to offer reprints or refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind about the album, artist, or size
- The poster was damaged after delivery (e.g. during framing or hanging)
- Minor colour variations between your screen and the printed poster — slight differences are normal due to the nature of fine art printing
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that artwork resolution depends on what the artist or label uploaded to distribution and varies from release to release. The preview on our site shows the exact source we print from, so we unfortunately cannot offer reprints or refunds where the album you picked turned out to have lower-resolution artwork. If the preview looks softer than usual before you order, consider picking a smaller size or emailing us at hi@spinprints.com — we'll hand-source better artwork where one exists.
Exchanges
Since each poster is printed to order, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different album or size, simply place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU 14-day cooling-off period. To be eligible, the poster must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at hi@spinprints.com to start this process.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (for example under the EU cooling-off period), you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
