How does the builder work?

Type an album or artist on the product page. The catalogue pulls the official cover, tracklist, and release year. A live poster renders as you choose a size. Add to cart when it looks right.

What sizes do you offer?

A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), A2 (42 × 59.4 cm), and A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm). Standard international paper sizes, so off-the-shelf frames fit.

What paper do you print on?

200gsm fine art stock with a smooth matte finish. Pigment giclée printing, inks rated to hold their colour for a hundred years.

How long does an order take?

Production is two to four working days. Shipping is three to five within the US, UK, EU, and Australia, five to ten elsewhere. You'll have a tracking number the moment it ships.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere we can reach. Most orders print at the press nearest the address, so a UK buyer ships from a UK press, a US buyer from a US press. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Can I return a poster?

Custom prints are made to order, so we don't take returns on change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or we got something wrong, get in touch within 14 days and we'll reprint at no cost.

Do you sell frames?

Not yet. Framed options are in development. In the meantime, our sizes match standard international frames, so you can pick one up locally at most art and design shops.

What if the album I want isn't there?

Our catalogue covers millions of releases. If something's missing, email us with the album name and artist and we'll look into it.

Where does the artwork come from?

Every album cover is pulled directly from our catalogue. Posters are printed for personal use — for anything beyond that (e.g. commercial display), get in touch.

What if the cover art is low resolution?

We pull the highest resolution artwork available — usually around 3000 × 3000 pixels, more than enough for A1. Resolution depends on what the artist or label uploaded to distribution, so it varies from release to release and we can't improve beyond the source. If a preview looks softer than usual before you order, pick a smaller size or email us and we'll hand-source better artwork where one exists. Because the preview shows the exact source we print from, we unfortunately can't refund orders where the album you picked turned out to have lower-resolution artwork.

Can I change the order after placing it?

If production hasn't started yet, yes. Email us within a couple of hours and we'll hold it. Once the press has picked up the file, we can't.

Do you offer gift cards?

Digital gift cards in any amount. Delivered by email with a discreet note. No expiry.
